The ‘Healthy Body, Happy Me!’ Club
Launching September 2025 - message me to express an interest for your children or school
I am super excited to announce the launch of my new ‘Healthy Body, Happy Me’ club! The club is perfect for primary school children - including homeschool learners and those with additional needs (SEN) - giving each child the opportunity to explore our body and nutritional choices in a fun and engaging context.
We will explore the importance of four key aspects of our daily lives: Food, Movement, Relaxation and Sleep.
Each child will initially participate in six separate sessions (i.e. half-termly) with the option to make a longer-term commitment thereafter. Topics will include, but not be limited to:
‘Eat the Rainbow’ - introducing the benefits of a colourful, plant-rich diet for both body and mind.
‘Fuel your Body’ - exploring the components of a balanced diet and how this benefits our physical well-being: (including our growth, immune system and heart health).
‘Calm your Mind’ - understanding the positive impact healthy food choices can have on our mental well-being (including a little bit of breathwork and yoga for those who are keen!).
‘Feed your Gutbugs!’ - what is the microbiome and why is this so important?
‘Breaducation’ - learning more about natural ingredients and baking ‘real bread ‘ (in conjunction with Kitty’s Kits).
‘Super Smart Snacks’ - recognising the importance of enjoying wholesome, tasty treats, with less sugar and no ultra-processed nasties!
Allergen free options are available for all class recipes so these sessions really are accessible to all regardless of dietary restrictions, allergies or additional needs.
Through this club, it is my intention to encourage all children to experiment with new foods, learn basic kitchen skills and empower them with the knowledge to support their physical and mental health for a happy future!
