Family 'Breakfast' Loaf

Not just your average Banana Bread, but an extra special loaf packed with protein, fibre and nutrient-rich seeds, made from predominantly organic ingredients to get your day off to the perfect start! My recipe is made from purely plant-based ingredients so suitable for vegans or those with a dairy-intolerance (- contains no eggs, butter or milk).

Great for breakfast, or alternatively as a perfect addition to your child’s lunchbox (nut-free option) or energy-boosting after-school snack.

If allergies aren’t an issue, why not add walnuts for additional nutritional benefits? These feisty little nuts are full of omega 3 fatty acids to boost cognitive function and antioxidant properties from their vitamin E, melatonin and polyphenol content.

Or opt for mini loaves perfect for school snacktime with the added sweetness of a sprinkling of dark chocolate chips to tickle their tastebuds.

Ingredients: bananas, organic wholemeal self-raising flour (contains wheat), oat milk, coconut sugar, honey, chia seeds, flaxseeds, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, with mixed oats & seeds (sunflower, linseed and pumpkin seed) topping

Additional ingredient: walnuts if this option is selected and/or dark chocolate chips if Mini Loaves are purchased

My ‘Family Breakfast Loaf’ is baked in a 2lb loaf tin and is suitable for vegetarians, vegans or those with a dairy intolerance - I’m still perfecting a gluten free option so watch this space! All products are made in a kitchen which uses nuts and other allergens
