Join this practical and supportive talk on the importance of nutrition for neurodivergent children. This is an opportunity to explore common challenges such as sensory sensitivities, picky eating and emotional dysregulation. We will share simple, realistic strategies and nourishing recipes to try to encourage children develop a positive relationship with exploring new foods.
This event is ideal for parents, carers or teaching staff working with children with additional needs, providing a supportive and friendly space to share experiences and seek support around good food choices to help support growth, energy, learning and overall wellbeing.
