Nutrition & Neurodiversity

£20.00

Wednesday 8th July, 9.30 - 11.30am

Studio Harris + Home, 81 The Street, Leatherhead KT22 9RD

Join this supportive and informative session for parents and carers of neurodivergent children and young people as we explore how nutrition can influence:

•  Emotional wellbeing
• Learning, focus and concentration
• Overall health and wellness

Together, we'll create a friendly and welcoming space to share experiences and discuss common challenges, including sensory food sensitivities and restricted eating patterns.

Drawing on current scientific evidence, we'll explore practical strategies to help children develop a more positive relationship with food, without pressure or overwhelm. Ruth will also share simple, nourishing recipes that can be introduced gradually at home.

Whether you're looking for reassurance, practical tips, or the opportunity to connect with other parents, this session aims to provide encouragement and support on your family's journey.

Homemade breakfast goodies and herbal teas will be provided for all guests - everyone is welcome.

Ruth is mum to two children and recognises the difference that a varied plant-rich and wholefood diet can make, not just in relation to nutrition but to energy levels, sleep and emotional regulation too.

Early bird discount currently available - £5 off full price ticket (normally £25)
